WHAT WE DO
Two common finishes - what is the difference?
Sandblasting
An even matte surface with a fine feel: light passes through but you cannot see through it. Good for panels and shades that need soft output, graded by grit coarseness.
Frosting
A softer mist finish that hides LED bead dots well – common on pendant shades, wall-light shades and translucent decorative parts.
How Toll Finishing Works
(Process copy and photos to be replaced after confirmation)
- 1. Send a sample or drawings, confirm the process and effect grade
- 2. Approve the sample (a small batch first if needed)
- 3. Quote: per piece, tiered by volume
- 4. Production and pre-shipment inspection
- 5. Pickup or delivery around Guzhen, freight elsewhere
