Engineering Lighting: Sandblasting & Frosting of Clear Shades

How the work usually runs: you send clear PC / PS / acrylic shades and we handle the surface only — sandblasting, frosting, partial frosting and gradient frosting, matched to an approved sample for grit level and light transmission.

Delivery: batch-by-batch finishing on incoming parts, or combined with the moulding step. A small sample run is approved before the full batch.

What we need to quote: material and part size, quantity, target transmission or frosting level, required delivery date.
